High-Throughput Production (polished tools)
- Short-cycle lines needing rapid flash and fast turnarounds
- Small/medium rotomoulded parts on polished aluminium/steel molds
Composites / Precision Surfaces (sealed, low-porosity)
- Polished composite or metal tools where an ultra-thin, even film preserves detail
- Cosmetic parts requiring crisp definition and minimal transfer
Cast Resin Parts (sealed, polished molds)
- Epoxy/polyester decorative castings, plaque and signage molds
- Applications where low residue and quick re-coat are priorities
Thermo-formed/Heated Tools (where compatible)
- Polished metal tools that benefit from fast carrier flash before forming
- Trial first on heat-cycled tools to confirm surface quality
Application Guidance
- Use fine atomization; apply very light mist coats
- Allow full flash; avoid pooling (thin film is key to crisp surfaces)
- Reapply as needed—often more frequent, lighter passes than RW175
Notes: Best choice for polished, low-porosity tools and speed-critical lines. Delivers the cleanest, thinnest film with minimal transfer. Always confirm compatibility with any post-finishing (painting/bonding) steps.
