DTECC (pty)Ltd offers NATIONWIDE COURIER. 

Delivery's are made from 9am-4pm on working days only.

Processing of orders is 1-3 working days and thereafter delivery is within 2-5 days. Please note that orders placed after 12pm will only begin processing the following working day.

PLEASE USE YOUR CORRECT POSTAL CODE TO ENSURE CORRECT CHARGES AND DELIVERY. DTECC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

Shipping Rates Policy

 

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders valued at R1500 (One Thousand Five Hundred Rand) or more.

• Exception: Free shipping does not apply to certain large bulk items with a total product weight of 20KG or more.

• Free Shipping only available within South Africa 

• Shipping costs for these excluded items will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

NON-DELIVERY/DAMAGE BY COURIER COMPANY

DTECC makes use of a third party provider for deliveries and will not be held accountable for any damages incurred during transit. All packages are boxed with ample protection from our end.

In the event of the courier company being responsible for damage or non-delivery, we will dispute a claim from the courier company in order to replace your products. Should the customer need the order prior to the finalization of the dispute period, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement value of the initial order.

We strive to supply our customers with the best service as well as high quality products therefore we will do everything we can to ensure a fulfilled outcome, as long as the products qualify for a refund or replacement.
